- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Service at the DMV office was as good as it could have been, considering the number of people waiting. The lady that served me was very helpful and the process was painless. So if the service was good, why am I leaving a 2-star rating? After leaving the DMV on Saturday I noticed that my checkbook was missing. Since the office was closed at that time I called first thing Monday morning. The phone number posted on the web connects you to the Treasurer's office rather than the DMV office - because they are not allowed to receive calls from the public! The only way I can determine if my checkbook is there is to drive to the DMV office and take a number. This seems silly to me and is the opposite of service.By E G, September 08, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very poor service and the security guard wont even let u use a spare chair to sit i think if a sit is not being occupied u should allow someone to sit in it as long as the wait times are at this location they should add more sitting so if u go to this location be prepared for the employees to be rude and disrespectful and to be standing for a very long timeBy Kelly Hess, November 29, 2016
